I first learned about Gloria's struggles when she found refuge at Covenant House after losing her job and home. Her car had broken down, leaving her with nowhere to turn. Moved by her plight, I joined other donors in supporting Deliverance Charities, which provided her with a rental assistance grant. This support enabled Gloria to complete her accounting courses at Broward College and secure a job as an Accounting Technician with the County Clerk and Comptroller in Sarasota.
